A well-known Canadian martial arts practitioner, stuntman and actor has acquired a new solo project Chris Mark, who has recently begun to appear in more prominent roles in such famous TV series as "October League" (2020) "Man of the Future" (2017-2020), "Boys" (2019-), "See" (2019-2022) or "Warrior" (2019)-).
Mark's new project is called "Escalation" (Escalation) and its genre is a crime melee action film directed by a debutant Jimmy Mac.
There is no detailed synopsis for the film yet, we only know that the story will revolve around a former police officer who teams up with a disgraced detective to track down his brother's killer.
Besides Chris Mark (“Order: Kill”, “Modifications”), the following actors took part in the action film: Cindy Sampson ("Song of the Elephant") Nina Kiri ("Beautiful Prince"), George Devil (TV series "Space") Milton Barnes ("Remember all"), Mustafa Bulut (TV series “See”), who was involved in staging local action and others.
Company vertical entertainment launched the film into digital release and Video on Demand services with 1 September 2023 years.

Maria Tran (“Tigers Police”, “Bleeding Steel”) played the main role, the rest of the cast includes: Takashi Hara ("Pacific Rim 2"), Mike Leader ("Final Judgment") David Vaughn ("Battle of Brothers"), David Hong ("Operation Kung Flu") Damien Sato ("Rhapsody of Love"), Gabrielle Chan ("Jasper Jones") and others.
One of the directors of the fight choreography is Maria’s long-time friend and colleague - Adrian Castro ("Tiger Cops").
"Echo 8" So far it's been going to film festivals, receiving positive reviews: Big Bad Film Festival in the USA, Austin Action Fest & Market in Australia, film festival Cineverse in Melbourne and the Boden International Film Festival... Maria promises a digital release at the end of 2023, but the exact date is still unknown. But a new trailer for the action movie has appeared.

Jackson's new hand-to-hand action movie is called "Capture!" (Clutch), which the guys from the stunt team worked on EMC Monkeys.
There are no plot details available at the moment, so we're left with a brief description of the action film from the director, who describes it as a nod to revenge films from the 90s.
