“Stuntmen” (The Fall Guy, 2024). Review by Mike Garcia

Hollywood has always been an ungrateful industry when it comes to stuntmen. They are heroes in the shadows, barely mentioned, unrecognized, and long forgotten at awards ceremonies, including the Oscars. This group of highly skilled, unique people with the ability to endure pain and make films great are the true heroes in the history of cinema.

Film "Stuntmen” (The Fall Guy), based on the popular '80s TV show of the same name, is a tribute to the thankless craft of the men and women who risk their lives to make movie stars look good and to provide the best entertainment possible to audiences.

Ryan Gosling takes on the role of a top stuntman working on his ex-girlfriend's directorial debut, while simultaneously getting caught up in a plot against him to save the film's star's ass.

With a stunning soundtrack of epic rock themes and several pop songs led by KISS and their most commercially successful hit “I Was Made For Loving You“, the film is an exciting journey into the universe of the film industry, mixing action film elements with comic moments, and a romantic story that sets the tone from the very beginning.

Ryan Gosling showcases his star potential by showcasing his skills as an action hero and showing off his fantastic comic side while interacting with his on-screen co-star, Emily Blunt. The film has no boring moments, is filled with action and well-choreographed fight scenes, and also contains many references from the world of action cinema, including funny cameos from the stars of the original show, and a mysterious Hollywood star who I will not reveal...

Now in theaters, Stunt Men is a wonderful tribute to the stunt community that is well worth the money...

I watched the film and it is quite worthy of attention. It is unclear why it failed.

There are not enough stars in the sky, but the film is not bad!
