Ron Perlman - “Little Imp”, worthy of respect

The news, of course, has little to do with the subject of the site, except that in the second "Hellboy" The Prince of the Elves showed himself well in his performance Luke Goss (more precisely, his double), however, I simply could not pass her by...

6 year old boy Zachary, undergoing treatment for leukemia, visiting a charity called "Make a wish" (Make-A-Wish), asked for this: "I want to meet Hellboy and become like him". Fund employees conveyed his request to the company "Spectral Motion", who did the effects for the duology "Hellboy" (Little imp), and they, in turn, told about it Ron Perlman. The 62-year-old actor sat back in the makeup chair with great joy and without any hesitation.

As can be seen from the photographs, his image was absolutely complete, from makeup to clothing and demeanor. Except that Perlman was without a cigar and weapons, and instead of canned beer - ordinary water (and this is for the better). Then Zechariah quickly applied similar makeup, turning it into "little Hellboy".

As for me, the story is very touching, and if after the publication of this news they call me GoodDollaR, then I won’t be offended at all. :) A Ron Perlman I express my DEEPEST RESPECT.

Why is it possible that the same Walters did acrobatic tricks instead. Jimmy Hart (the body double from Blade 2) was not there, but in the battles they obviously replaced him in places, fortunately, the makeup allows + KG. But this does not detract from its merits. It's a pity that in Tekken he was just for show.

That's for sure, completely blown away! But, I remember, in “Silver Hawk” he looked good, he was waving his legs! Apparently the skills acquired in Blade 2 were still fresh!

I'm a little off topic. It is quite possible that in Hellboy 2, Luke Goss used a stunt double in action scenes, but do not forget that he once trained with Donnie Yen's team for the filming of Blade 2! Specifically, Goss was trained by Michael Woods, the same dark-skinned muscleman from Ian's films! I found an interview with Goss, which 10 years ago was published in the Russian Premiere. http://www.actorskino.ru/foreignactors/916-lyuk-goss-zlodey-iz-bleyda-2.html

This is not the first such action.
    Here's another such story...

Marvel created a new superhero for the sake of a disabled child

A heartbreaking story took place in New Hampshire, America, the heroes of which were a 4-year-old disabled child and the grandiose Marvel company.
According to MyFoxBoston, little Anthony Smith, who cannot hear in his right ear and can barely hear in his left, was forced to use a hearing aid from birth. One day he took it off and told his worried mother that he would no longer wear the device, since real superheroes do not need such devices.
All persuasion was in vain, and the woman in desperation wrote a letter to Marvel, asking to name a superhero who would have hearing problems.
Marvel executives quickly responded, revealing that one such character was Hawkeye, who had lost up to 80 percent of his hearing and was also forced to use a hearing aid.
Moreover, the company's illustrators prepared a special issue of the comic dedicated to a new hero nicknamed Blue Ear, who is deaf and hears calls for help through a special device.
In addition, the little comic book fan received an exclusive portrait of Hawkeye and Blue Ear as a gift.
This was enough to convince the baby to use the hearing aid again.

You're welcome, good news. By the way, on some resource in one of the comments they beautifully wrote:

He may be famous for his portrayals of on-screen scumbags, but he himself has a heart of gold. And this guy is delighted!

      Keep it up, Ron.

"I am Evil sowing Virtue" :D

The distributors apparently decided not to bother with the name. But by analogy with “Karate Kid” (2012) they could call the film “Little Devil” or “Little Imp Boy”... (this is kind of ironic)
