Former operative Deacon (Jean-Claude Van Damme) arrives in China to sacrifice his own kidney to save the life of his dying niece. Waking up the day before the planned operation, he realizes that he has become another victim of organ thieves.
In search of the kidney stolen from him, Deacon, with fresh stitches and beside himself with anger, leaves a luxury hotel and begins a bloody march through the darkest corners of the city - brothels, fight clubs, black markets and elite estates of billionaires. The time allotted to his niece is running out, and he himself is bleeding.
Taking advantage of their previous connections in the criminal world, Deacon and his civilian brother will go to the very bottom of society, proving to everyone who dares to cross their path that there is nothing more precious to a person than his own flesh and blood.
