Stanley Tong is going to open a special training course in Shanghai, thanks to which you can become an “action star.” He set himself the goal of creating a new generation of “stars” and training them for filming on television and in films. The course is based on an old Hong Kong canal project TVB, after which the world learned about such actors as Chow Yun-Fat, Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Andy Lau etc.
The duration of training will be 5 months and will cost $98. Lectures will be given Jackie Chan, Gordon Chan, Eric Tsang, fight directors Yuen Tak, Won Bing and others. The best students will be given roles in two TV projects Stanley Tonga, as well as in two of his upcoming films.
Partner Tonga Eric Tsang stated the course policy: “The training will be as short as possible in order to get started as quickly as possible.”
