According to the news agency AFS, Takashi Miike is planning to make nothing less than a Chinese wuxia film! The project has a working title "Assassins of the Tang Dynasty" (The Assassin of the Tang Dynasty). The filmmakers have not yet disclosed plot details. It is only known that the events of the film will unfold approximately in the same historical context as the events of the Taiwanese hit of 2015 "Murderer" starring Shu Qi.
