Fans of South Korean crime films and the actor personally Ma Dong-seok we almost waited for the threequel of the successful duology "Crime City" (2017, 2021).

The project was written and directed by Kim Joo-wan, known for quality action films "Young Cops" (2017) and "Divine Fury" (2019), as well as a comedy drama "My Dog Rooney" (2023)
The series tells the story of two young people who, in pursuit of money, enter the world of loan sharks and are caught in a web of much crueler forces. The main character, named Geon, owes a considerable sum and is being hunted, but he finds help in the person of the underground boxer Woo Jin.
The roles of the main screen duo were distributed among the actors Woo Dong-hwan ("Divine Fury", "Phantom Move") and Lee Sang-gi (“Cha-cha-cha in a seaside town”, “Lonely in Seoul”), the rest of the ensemble includes: Kim Sae-ron ("The Man from Nowhere") Park Sung-woon ("High heels"), Heo Joon-ho ("Missing: The Other Side"), Lee Do-hyun (TV series "Triumph") Lee Hae-young (dilogy “Cooperation”), Kim Yul-ho (“Train to Busan”) and others.
