A trailer for a South Korean thriller has appeared online "Hot blood" (Hot Blood) from the writer Cheon Myung-gwan (“The Guy with the Gun,” “The Great Chinese Restaurant,” “The Boomerang Family”), for whom this film became his first directorial work. This film should not be confused with other hand-to-hand action film of the same name from South Korea for online cinemas.
The film is based on the 2016 novel of the same name by the author Kim On-soon.
Synopsis: Kuam is a run-down port town in the shadow of the famous port city of Busan. Hee-soo is a failed gangster who has been trying to live a normal life for 20 years, working as a hotel manager and wanting to connect his future life with the woman he loves. But from the protagonist’s past, Yun-kang emerges, having fled the country as a murder suspect. He returns home and starts causing trouble throughout the city, which only increases the pressure on Hee-soo.
Korean film stars took part in the film: jung woo ("Good neighbor") Choi Moo-sung ("I saw the devil") Chi Seung-hyun ("Sword master"), Lee Hong-nae (“The Elusive Man”) and other actors.
"Hot blood" will be rented 23 March 2022 year.

The film is called "Layering of Lies" (Layer Of Lies) and is also the brainchild of Sohrab, who worked with Chris Larsen ("Dear Sister", "The Long Walk").
