Why is it unknown? Of course, I don’t know about “Maximum Impact,” but “Showdown in Manila” will be released in Russian theaters on February 18, 2016. The official distributor is the Luxor company.

      Ivan,

The imdb doesn't say anything about a release date. Perhaps Russian rally somehow works separately from foreign ones due to Nevsky’s connections.

At the moment all I'm waiting for with Dacascos is "Ultimate justice". The rest, with all my love and respect, is passable. Perhaps some fragments will be okay, but mostly it will be unnecessary and irrelevant cinema. Moreover, with Sashka Nevsky.

And I’ll look at the Dacascos-Nevsky projects. I’m really looking forward to the Showdown in Manila, maybe I’ll even go to the cinema. For me, it’s more interesting to watch a second-rate action movie with BI stars than the next Avengers, Transformers, etc.

      JOHNSON,

It's better to watch something from an old movie. There are a lot of good pictures that we haven't seen. And not limited to the BI genre.

But speaking about BI, today I discovered a simple but fascinating film in terms of fights - SEAL TEACH 2. The plot is so-so, but there were many places where I said - Wow!!! I enjoyed watching it!!!
After all, Florentine CAN!!! BUT...he needs to get out of the slums. Although it’s unlikely that the spirit of a fighter, who doesn’t care when or where, can be eradicated from Isaac. It's a pity.

        jaidev,

I have an idea to go through the action films of Isaac Florentine, he has a lot of them. Even the forgotten Michael Foley played for him. I once started watching, but then, due to a number of things to do, I didn’t get through everything. But I'll try again.

        jaidev,

I agree, there is a lot to watch and not just BI films. Today I watched Sicario and Survivor. And about BI, have you seen the Daredevil series?

      JOHNSON,

It is unlikely that "Manila" will go to cinemas. Most likely direct-to-video. Even with Nevsky's money, cinemas will not rent this film.

A shame! What is the first, what is the second, what is the third!

      jaidev,

In general, “Battle Boy” is praised by those who have seen it, and it seems to be winning some awards at film festivals. Perhaps the film is actually not bad, precisely from the standpoint of a family movie.

        DIV,

The question is WHO is praising. As for festivals, there’s probably nothing to choose from, so we’ll win what we can.
Jackie also makes family films, but it looks different.

          jaidev,

There is no point in comparing Chinese big-budget cinema and the miserable cinema of independent US filmmakers. In this case, perhaps we should trust the critics more.

          jaidev,

I think the opinions of film critics should be ignored. And all sorts of festivals/nominations/awards are far from indicative, and mostly unfairly deserved.
