Project Don Wilson и Cynthia Rothrock entitled "Fighting baby"(The Martial Arts Kid) is entering the home stretch. A private screening of the film is scheduled for September 12 this year. The theatrical release will take place on September 18 as part of the film festival The Burbank Film Festival. It can be assumed that the film will be released on video in October.
Let us remind you that "The Martial Arts Kid" is not only a new film by no longer young action heroes, but also a project, the implementation of which became possible thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign.
The plot of the film once again exploits the theme of growing up, becoming an individual and solving teenage problems through training in martial arts. We've seen a lot of films like this. Let's see what happens with the established b-action stars from the 90s.

The press releases stated that the emphasis would be on "family-friendliness." But if the old people are allowed to wave their legs, that’s not bad.
It will certainly be interesting to watch, but of course, you shouldn’t expect fights from Cynthia in this project from the time of filming in Hong Kong... (And in general, I don’t think you should expect interesting fights. Maybe the film will be something else?)
