Lyosh, first check in the player settings (View----> Options---> External Filters) whether the DirectVobSub filter (auto-loading version) is activated. If yes, then go to File ---> Load Subtitle.. and indicate the place where the subtitles are located. Also, don’t forget to check if the word Enabled is checked in the Play ---> Subtitles menu.
If the DirectVobSub filter is not in the drop-down list after clicking the Add Filter button, you will have to install the latest K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.
In most cases, it is enough to rename the subtitle file and give it the same name as the video file. They will be downloaded automatically if both files are in the same folder. Look like that's it.
