Marco "Latin Dragon" Saror has joined the cast of the fantasy action film "Alita: Battle Angel" directed by Robert Rodriguez.
“Battle Angel” is a long-term project, the production process of which Hollywood has been working on for more than ten years, constantly changing screenwriters and directors. Initially "Alita" should have directed it myself James Cameron, however, he abandoned this idea, limiting himself to only participating in writing the script.
Alita: Battle Angel – comic book series by author Yukito Ishiro (in the original the work is called Gunnm), published in 1990 and 2000. In 1993, an attempt was made to film part of the story in the form of a two-part cartoon Fukutomi Hiroshi.
There is already a synopsis for the upcoming film: the film takes place 300 years after the Great War in the XNUMXth century. Dr. Ido finds the remains of a cyborg girl. After the repair, the cyborg does not remember anything, but discovers that he is able to use cyborg fighting techniques. The search begins for the lost memories of a cyborg girl named Alita.
The cyberpunk cast consists of the following actors: Christoph Waltz ("Django Unchained", "Inglourious Basterds"), Mahershala Ali (TV series "Luke Cage") Ed Skrein ("Deadpool") Rosa Salazar (TV series "American Horror Story") and others. Marko Zaror will play a character named Ajakutty.
