Hardcore action with Philip Ng and the end of filming “Diablo”

Yesterday, at the 27th Hong Kong International Film Exhibition Filmart 2024, the Chinese martial arts action star, Philip Ng (Birth of the Dragon), announced a new film in which he will play the main role.

無名火 – this is what the film’s title looks like in Chinese, but it is not yet clear how it will be translated into other languages. English-language resources have already dubbed it “Without Remorse” (it is also on the poster), however, as often happens in such cases, in the English version the name may still change, and more than once. Firstly, there is already a 2021 film with this title (“Without Pity” is in our box office), secondly: if you look at the hieroglyphs under a magnifying glass, then this name was already used in 1984. Then it was translated into English as “Profile in Anger“, and in Russian – “Nameless Fury” .

Let’s wait until the name “settles down”, leaving the working option “Without Remorse“. After all, nothing is known about the film anyway, except that it will be “Hardcore martial arts action".

Filming of “Diablo” with Marko Zaror and Scott Adkins has finished

Not much, to put it mildly, we had news about fourth joint project this cool duo. Meanwhile, they had already finished filming it. That's what Adkins posted on his page with a modest caption:

“We are now in better shape than before, but we have many years of experience and knowledge in the field of filmmaking behind us! Completed work on 'DIABLO'!! This movie will amaze people! When it comes to martial arts and action, Saror and Adkins never disappoint!”

The director of the new action film, as you know, was Ernesto Diaz Espinosa, who previously filmed “Fist of the Condor","Watchdog" And "Savior” with Marco Zaror. Are they not bad films?
