And then, when they edit everything, come to an agreement and release the trailer for the film, after a couple of days it becomes clear that the film will not come out. A year later, the guys re-released the trailer for the same film, but with a different title, more marketable. And so on and so forth...

And these dates are constantly changing, names, castes, plots, companies are changing, projects are being cancelled...

Agree. The problem with keeping track of the release of DTV/indie/Asian fighting games in the world is that even the creators don't fully know when their movie will be released. When a big film is given the green light, even before filming begins, the release date of the film is already known (and if it is postponed, then they loudly announce it so that everyone knows). Let's take the same Marvel...the release of their films is planned almost until 2022 (and everything is known...down to the exact release date). And comrades from low-budget cinema first need to find financing, then film, then edit, find distributors who need to be persuaded to buy their project, and only then the distributors begin to think about when they will release the film.

If with such a territorial scope and in such a wording, I think that they will not name Jackie.

No, they won't share it. They most likely won't even be remembered. And they will name some Lady Gaga. Or Schwartz, at worst.
And in North Korea, the deceased but eternally alive Kim Jong Il.

And in general, Jaidev, you have some extremely positive opinion about the world)))

Am I positive? Well.... I know that the world is a cesspool. But if you sometimes climb out of it to the surface, you can see pleasant growing flowers and a positive sun shining in the sky.
They won’t say exactly about Lady Gaga. I thought about Schwartz, but for example, in Asian India, people don’t know him at all. While Michael Jackson and Jackie Chan go with a bang.
In Korea, for example, they will definitely say Michael Jackson rather than anyone else. Is it like in India - Nehru, Gandhi or Amitabh Bachchan? Of course Bachchan!

The other day I asked myself a question: And if you ask any person in Africa or Antarctica - Which of the three celebrities in the world of cinema and show business did he name?

If with such a territorial scope and in such a wording, I think that they will not name Jackie.

Most likely, third place will be shared by Elvis Presley and Charlie Chaplin.

Well, simply because it's not that top-end. Andy On and Nguyen slip through because releases with their participation come out more often.
Can you imagine how many times the names of Jackie Chan or Donnie were mentioned in vain?)) In almost every news)

I'm sure it's definitely Michael Jackson and Jackie Chan. I don’t know about the BEATLES, but I don’t rule out this possibility either. Most likely, third place will be shared by Elvis Presley and Charlie Chaplin.

    Really?

No, I meant that among the fighters usually mentioned in “conversations” by site users, anyone slips in, but not this guy. No more. That is, I have seen the so-called Johnny Nguyens and Andy Ons here a hundred times. In the comments. But never him.

Administrators at KP and IMDb can’t always keep up with new BI films (especially indie action films), so I’m the only one... There are few exact dates, months, mostly.

And these dates are constantly changing, names, castes, plots, companies are changing, projects are being cancelled...
And at KP, I myself have been updating filmographies, information about actors, trailers, dates and releases of BI films for a hundred years now. Almost all the pages of modern actors of this genre Jacobas, Smurenburg, Meller, Alexandru, El Berni, Man, Jatarski and many others have been updated by me, from portraits in the personal file to filmography.
And even more so the old guard: Norton, Urquidez, Daniels, Giness, etc., I also updated.

Come on guys... what are you doing? In my opinion, EvilDollaR always does not miss the opportunity to advertise something new. And our statements about certain films constantly appear in discussions. That's how Ravenside and the others got me hooked on Korean cinema. And that's great.
And we even discussed the WRATH of VAJRA once very furiously. It was...

Off-top. Although... I don’t need to warn you anymore, I’m always an off-topic person, sorry friend :(
In general, I download Wrath of the Vajra with Yui Sin here. Blue? Blue? Doesn't matter. I noticed it while watching a kung fu showdown the other day. Well, he’s a very textured guy, charismatic to some extent, and he can swing his legs. And I remembered that I seemed to have seen him in Ip Man, but somehow there was no mention of him here. In short, Kinopoisk is our everything, let’s see what it is. This is how every day, completely by accident, you find new films to watch, and all because the insidious “evil dollar” does not want to structure the release schedules of all the expected films of the year, well, that’s what you can do D:
