In film “Great Magician” (The Great Magician) Tony Leung и Lau Chin Wang fought for hand and heart Zhou Xun using your own intelligence, fists and bladed weapons. But in one of the scenes of close combat with weapons, a funny situation happened. According to the director's idea, the actors were supposed to fight with long swords, but during the fight Chin Wang broke his sword in half, and filming was immediately suspended. The resourceful director left for a while and came back with a meteor hammer in his hands. The fight turned out surprisingly well and ended up in the film. Chin Wang said:
“The director asked me to take the hammer and give it a couple of swings. Nobody thought that the result would be so cool, and the “sword versus hammer” battle would be interesting.”
Tony Leung noted that out of a large number of fights, he liked this one the most, since it was easy to use comic elements in it. However, when in one of the takes they fought backstage, Chin Wang pretended to have received a stab wound and fell. The actor played so realistically that one of the crew members thought that the injury was real and screamed. I had to re-shoot it again. Here's what he said about it Tony Leung:
As soon as I lunged towards Chin Wan, someone screamed. I thought that I had really wounded him, but he looked at me in bewilderment. Then I realized that the scream was coming from somewhere outside. Coming out from behind the curtain, we realized that one of the team members had screwed up.

I am waiting. I hope there will be something exciting.
I would like to mention Pasha as a person who has been an active participant in this project since…
Sad ending, albeit with a joke...
Added a video from the filming of "Twilight of the Warriors".
