Interestingly, the main character of the film will be the legendary singer Elvis Presley, who will take revenge on the people involved in the murder of no less legendary Bruce Lee.

No less curious is the fact that in real life Lee and Presley knew each other and hatched the idea of a joint film about two secret agents confronting a huge drug organization. This was the starting point for the script, which Campbell himself wrote.

The role of Elvis Presley in the film will be played by a professional wrestler Paul London. The rest of the caste are Cornelius Jeanie Jr. (TV series "Harley and the Davidson Brothers") Chris Saddler ("Lancaster Skies") Jacob Anderton (TV series "Dark Angel"), Natasha Gulden (TV series "Of the Kind of Wolves") and a rising star of action cinema Jean-Paul Ly (“Prison Break”, “Night Shots”), who is also the director of hand-to-hand scenes. At the moment, Campbell's future film is at the stage of collecting voluntary donations on the site IndieGoGo, so if you want to see this project faster than others, you can send it to the guys some money.

In the meantime, the creators have presented a promotional video of the short film, the first part of which is a cut from various films and concert recordings of Elvis. It is in this style that the director sees his future film.

Writer and director Rene Perez successfully maneuvers between niche, but theatrical films ("Kiss of Death", "Punished", "Once Upon a Time in Deadwood") and very low-budget ones, which are distributed on Internet platforms and DVDs. This was his hand-to-hand combat "The Dragon Unleashed" (2018). By the way, despite the fact that the film is independent, it can now be watched in various online cinemas quite officially, as well as in Russian translation on our, ahem, more free services.

So, Perez decided to continue the story of the main character of "Dragon" and made a film called "CONSPIRACY" (Cabal). Since Perez previously specialized exclusively in horror films, he decided to combine the two genres in the sequel to Dragon.

Now the hero, nicknamed the Flying Dragon, works for the government and is sent to a forest region in order to track down and eliminate a serial killer. But gradually investigating the case, the Dragon is faced with an even greater, and this time otherworldly, evil.

Instead of Chase Bloomquist, who played the main role in the first film, the Flying Dragon mask was worn by a kung fu instructor, actor and stuntman John Ozuna ("Venom"). Also in the cast is Eva Hamilton ("Kiss of Death") and Argentine martial arts practitioner Juan Manuel Olmedo ("Taekwondo kick").

It is not yet known when "CONSPIRACY" will appear to a wider audience, but this should happen during 2020.
