The leading roles in “The Golden Monk” were played by young stars of Chinese cinema Zheng Kai ("Running Lover", "The Great Wall") and Kitty Zhang ("Lost in the Pacific", "Mermaid").

"SMART chase" online. It's a good, upbeat film that looks great and interesting. I approve.
The stunt-hand-to-hand component is not enough, the emphasis is not on action, but it’s quite watchable. There are no cables to be seen, the camera doesn’t shake too much and the editing doesn’t cut up the fights too much. Orlando is no Scott Adkins or Donnie Yen, but he's in good shape.

Yes, he doesn't look like a fighter. But, by the way, in “The Lord of the Rings” Bloom did most of the tricks on his own and worked with the sword himself, persistently practicing fencing. In “Pirates”, he was practically not replaced in the fencing scenes. Let's see...
