Chinese director Gao Xiao Song was sentenced to six months in prison by a Beijing court on Tuesday.
Gao, who is not only a director, but a popular lyricist and reality show judge “China is looking for talent”, pleaded guilty to reckless driving causing a four-vehicle crash on May 4th that injured two people. Blood tests showed that the level of alcohol in his blood was almost 9 times the legal limit. The sentence took effect immediately after the court's decision.
