Details of the project The Man with the Iron Fists

For resource journalists Collider managed to talk with the actress Jamie Chun (Sucker Punch, 7500) about the film "The Man with the Iron Fists" (The Man with the Iron Fists).

The original cut was over four hours long, and RZA said, “Let's make it into two movies!” Eli Roth said: “...No...”

They were very passionate about the process and I trust RZA completely. He's a real genius at this kind of thing and he's very knowledgeable about this genre.

Thus, the film was cut down to an hour and a half. RZA is now working on the soundtrack. I, like everyone else, am looking forward to its release.

The film will be reminiscent of cult paintings. I don’t know if everyone liked “36 Steps of Shaolin” or… “Five Poisonous”… This is definitely a “delicacy”. It's an interesting and cool movie, and Russell Crowe does crazy things like you'd never imagine... I'm guessing the movie will be out sometime in August [next year].

The film was filmed RZA, Russell Crowe, Dave Batista, Lucy Liu, Rick Yune, Pam Greer, Ouyang Jing и Jamie Chun. Screenwriters - Eli Roth и RZA. Producers - Quentin Tarantino, Mark Abraham, Eric Newman и Eli Roth.

Let's see what happens. But I somehow doubt RZA’s genius...

One and a half hours left out of four!
Either it will be complete slag or, on the contrary, so much “water” has been removed that the reduction will only make you happy.
We are waiting for the final version, and then for the DVD and BD of the director.
