Ocean of Heaven with Jet Li

Another not very good news, but for fans of fights performed by Jet Li. His next film will not be an action film, but a drama.

On May 5th, a press conference was held in Beijing dedicated to the film Ocean Heaven (Ocean Heaven) from director Xue Xiao Liu with Jet Li, Weng Zhang and Guen Lui Mei, shot on a budget of 7 million yuan and dedicated to parental love and childhood autism. The approximate release date is this summer.

Jet Li, who will not fight in the film, received virtually no payment for his work, but will still receive a portion of the profits from the rental. Jet Li admitted that his nephew suffered from autism, tormenting himself, and, after 9 months of encouragement and constant support from family members, he passed away. The most important thing is that Jet Li, who devotes most of his time to charity, said that he will continue to act in action films, otherwise children simply will not “get away” from him.
