Trailers for the films "The Mad Samurai Musashi", "Deliver Us from Evil" and "Invincible"

A full-fledged trailer for the samurai action film has appeared online "The Mad Samurai Musashi" (Crazy Samurai Musashi) - long-term construction from the director Yuji Shimomura (“Deadly Trance”, “Rebirth”), screenwriter Shiono Sono ("Why Don't You Play in Hell?", "Tokyo Clan") and martial arts practitioner, stuntman and actor Taka Sakaguchi (“Confrontation”, “Shinobi”, “Kingdom”).

Мы already wrote about this project, the journey of which to the viewer took almost nine years. Previously the film was called "Blood of Wolves", then changed it to "Crazy Musashi", well, now, before the release, I have found, so to speak, the final title.

Let us remind you that the film is about the attempt of four hundred shogunate warriors to kill the fencing master Miyamoto Musashi. In fact, the entire film is dedicated to this epic battle. In fact, "The Mad Samurai Musashi" is one big 77-minute fight scene that is shot in one shot.

A young Japanese actor took part in additional filming Kento Yamazaki (“Hyouka”, “Kingdom”) and on the new poster his name was also included in the title title along with Tak.

Recently So Sakaguchi wrote on social networks that he was very excited about the upcoming premiere of the film, because they had been trying to complete the project for nine years. So he recalls that when filming the very first fight scene, after five minutes of working with stuntmen from his own team Zero, Sakaguchi became so enraged that he broke several fingers and ribs, and also lost a couple of teeth.

The film will appear on the Japanese streaming service WiiBER 21 August 2020 year.

The next film in our selection comes from South Korea. We are talking about a crime thriller called "Deliver us from evil" (Deliver Us from Evil).

At the director's helm of the project is Hong Won-cheon, who previously directed a hit horror film "Office" (2015)

Synopsis: A hitman is worried that a high-profile kidnapping case will be pinned on him. He goes to Thailand, where he and his partner begin to understand this matter. Meanwhile, the man whose relative he once killed begins to hunt the killer.

The following took part in the film: Park Jung-min ("Telekinesis"), Lee Jong-jae (dulogy “With the Gods”), Hwang Jong-min ("Asura: The Immortal City") Park Myung-hoon (“Parasite”) and others.

"Deliver us from evil" should appear in July, but unfortunately the exact premiere date of the film has not yet been determined. But the trailer makes you interested. The premiere was postponed to August 5 2020 year.

We want to finish today’s selection of trailers with another long-term construction project, this time an American action film "Invincible" director Daniela Zirilli (“The Asian Connection”, “Time Doesn’t Wait”).

And again, we already mentioned several times about this project, which began to be developed back in 2013. Initially, the main role was assigned Dolph Lundgren, but in the end I got it Johnny Strong.

The story will revolve around the mercenary Brock Cortez, who dies on a mission. However, he, like some other special forces soldiers killed in battle, is resurrected using nanotechnology. Colonel John Taylor and billionaire inventor Leor Teska are doing this. Together they conduct experiments on former soldiers, and when Cortez escapes from the laboratory, the head of the security service, Cam Devore, who is also part of the experiment, is sent to capture him.

Latin martial artist and actor Marko Zaroru ("Undisputed 3", "Machete") will confront Johnny Strong (“Black Hawk Down,” “Fast and Furious”). The rest of the cast is filled by: Michael Paré ("Lincoln for the Lawyer") Vladimir Kulikh (TV series "Vikings"), Ron Smoorenburg ("Who Am I?", "Sultan"), Indonesian stuntman Nick Khan (“Aladdin”) and others.

Curious that "Invincible" under the title "Ultimate Soldier" (Ultimate Soldier) will be released first in... Japan, since Zirilli has a contract with a film company Shogun Films, which sponsors some of Daniel's projects.

Distribution company AMG Entertainment released the film directly to DVD in Japan 3 June 2020 year. We can only wait for European releases, about which nothing is known yet.
