For the first time information about a joint project Sammo Hunga и Bruce Leung appeared in late October 2008, when a press conference was held in Beijing in honor of the opening of the film studio Ju Luna. It was also announced there that production of a new comedy will begin in November. kung Fu action movie with a working title "He Who Would Be King" (~One who would like to become a king). After the release, part of the profits from ticket sales was supposed to go to help the victims of the Sichuan earthquake. But the film was never released in 2009.

After that, no information appeared about him, and only the other day, on February 23rd, it turned out that actors were being recruited for minor roles in Shenyang (see flyer below).

According to the plot Sammo Hung и Bruce Leung will play the main characters who fall in love with the same girl and compete with each other not only in battle, but also on the love front.

Film director - Li Qilong (Moses Lee), screenwriter - Wang Bin, collaborated with for 17 years Zhang Yimou. At the moment it is known that the film will star Yang Zhuo and young actresses Wang Luodan и Zhang Yan.

Filming is expected to begin in China in May or June this year.
