Something strange is happening with the project "Triple Threat", which rocked the action film community late last year with the news that it featured stars such as Tiger Hu Chen, Tony JAA, Iko Uwais и Angela Baby.
Since then, the project has changed its title (previously the film was called “Improv Squad”) and director (Gary Mack was replaced by Chad Stahelski). However, the news about the film does not end there. Firstly, the director of the project has changed again. Now at the helm Jesse W. Johnson, who just recently finished filming action films with Scott Adkins "Wild Dog" и "Accident". This was reported by the resource Film Combat Syndicate. Secondly, the already stellar cast was supplemented with new big names.
Chinese-Thai-Indonesian on-screen fighters joined Scott Adkins (Undisputed 2-4"), Michael Jai White ("Never Give Up 2-3") and current UFC champion Michael Bisping ("XXx: World Domination").
The expert and director who follows Adkins is responsible for the fight choreography Tim Man along with the stunt team Seng Stunt Team.
We already have the rest of the details about the upcoming film with a super cast. illuminated. It remains to be added that filming will begin in Thailand.

Well that's interesting. Let's hope for the best. I want to believe that the producers liked Jesse with his latest works for good reason. I remember the movie Alien Agent with Mark Dacascos. The film was so-so but the action was pretty good for its budget. Let's hope that Stahelsky will come to the shooting. After all, it is he and the team who are stirring things up. or not? Chad Stahelsky, Tiger Chen and Keanu Reeves are the same team, right? It would be cool if Keanu played a small role.
