Upon arrival at the senator's hospital Smith (Robert Davy) is rushed to the fifth floor intensive care unit for emergency surgery. Meanwhile Marcus (Wesley Snipes) is detained for questioning by hospital security because the car he arrived in was covered in blood. Marcus, not in the mood to answer questions and not to waste time, deals with two guards with an impressive series of blows. Nothing and no one will stop him from protecting the senator.
Immediately after the escape, after Marcus another assassin is dispatched who needs to get to Smith and finish the job you started! Marcus successfully fights him off, but this happens in front of Rachel, nurses from the intensive care unit. Marcus with her help he decides to get to the fifth floor.
Meanwhile, in the operating room, Zander (Gary Daniels), the man responsible for the assassination attempt, threatens with a weapon and demands that the surgeon and nurses do everything possible to SAVE a life Smith!
Marcus, making his way to the top and dealing with numerous assassins with the help of his deadly skills, discovers that he has Smith has the key to 30 million stolen cash, and he can easily earn part of this amount if only he helps the bandits deliver Smith to the bank where the money is kept.

The film has completed production and is slated for an American release in 2010, but the production company "Voltage Pictures" The exact release date has not yet been announced. 99% that it will suck. After the third Blade, Snipes released only one normal DTV film - Chaos. Everything else is rare low-budget crafts with terrible acting, filming and staging. Sorry Snipes. Now he has to spend three more years in jail.
