Hong Kong actor and martial artist Dennis To began his sports career as a Wushu practitioner and won several awards in various competitions, including a silver medal at the 2002 Asian Games and a gold medal at the 2005 East Asian Games.

Since the end of the 2000s, To has set out to conquer cinema, becoming one of the modern screen fighters. Dennis's new film is called "Grandmaster of Kung Fu" (The Grandmaster of Kung Fu) by debutant director Chen Siyu.

Synopsis: Near the end of the Qing Dynasty, a renowned Chinese martial artist engages in a life-or-death battle with a feared Japanese warlord to prevent Japan's ultimate goal of capturing the martial arts stronghold of Tianjin.

Besides Dennis To (“Ip Man: Birth of a Legend”, “Kung Fu League”) took part in the film Mei Xue ("If"), Zhuang Han ("Mad War") Naomen Erdeni (“Back to Society”) and other actors.

Next, King Dean, step by step, united, achieved or destroyed the envoys of the enemy army. Intellectual battles, daring battles, exciting intrigues, dark scenes and ambushes describe all the difficulties that the talented and cunning Din Bo experienced during this historical process.

The main roles in the film went to debutant actors: An Tai, Ngo Tien Tan и Sala Yuen.

A new martial arts film has been released by a familiar Indonesian director. Timo Tiajanto, responsible for bloody action films "Raid: Bullets in the Head" (2016) and "Night is coming for us" (2018), as well as a horror duology "Until the Devil Calls" (2018, 2020).

This time, Timo made a playful comedy for the streaming giant based on his own script. Netflix called "Big Four" (The Big 4).

Synopsis: A serious female detective investigates the death of her own father and finds evidence on a remote tropical island. There she learns that in fact her father was the leader of a secret group of murderers. Now hunted by his enemies, she must team up with the con men trained by her father - four unlucky assassins who can't wait to get back into the game.

The following took part in the film: Putri Marino ("Owner"), Abimana Aryasatya ("Gundala: Son of Lightning"), Lutesha (“Until the Devil Calls. Chapter 2”), Arie Kriting ("Ghost Artist") Cristo Immanuel (“Spinning”) and others.

The local action is run by a former member of the stunt team Iko Uwaisa - Muhammad Irfan, who choreographed fights in films such as "Raid: Bullet in the Head" и "Hit and Run", and also coordinated stuntmen in "Night is coming for us" и "Foxtrot Squad".

The film itself will appear on Netflix 15 декабря 2022 года. Look at the trailer - you can see that Tjahjanto, even in the comedy genre, does not betray himself in bloodiness and cruelty.
