Production of the cartoon Legend Of A Rabbit 2 has begun

Chinese company “Tianjin North Film Group” began production of a sequel to the animated film “The Legend of the Rabbit” (Legend Of A Rabbit).

В “The Legend of the Rabbit 2” (Legend Of A Rabbit 2) the animals from the first cartoon will travel to America. "Rabbit Goes West" - said the producer Elliot Tong.

The new version uses most of the creative and production elements from the first part. This includes work Tianjin Film Studio, animation Beijing Film Academy, support from “Beijing Century Colorful Butterfly Animation Design Ltd.” и Sun Lijun as a director. Appointed composer Peter Kam, sound artist – Wang Danrong, character designer – Fan Zheng, and the screenwriters - Zou Jingzhi и Zou Han. Producers - Elliot Tong и Zhou Chao, executive producer - Wang Dafang.

The release is scheduled for mid-2013.

The first “The Legend of the Rabbit” will be presented next week at the film market "AFM", and the creators intend to use highly professional actors for the English dubbing.
