Donnie Yen restores order once again, combining justice and ass-kicking skills in a new action drama "Prosecutor” (The Prosecutor). In this film, the famous actor and martial artist returns to his usual action roles after participating in the disaster film "Come back home” This time around, Ian literally "fights" the legal system, throwing punches and kicks, returning to his famous form after the critically acclaimed previous project.
A new teaser has just been released, letting fans know that Ian will once again be showing off all of his impressive fighting skills. The clip is short, but quite intense.
"Prosecutor” tells the story of a man who is framed for drug trafficking by a crime syndicate in order to hide the real culprit. Donnie Yen plays an older version of the character whose case is taken on by a new prosecutor who risks his career to uncover the truth.
The film is directed by Mak Ho-Pon (Runaway Brothers, The Old House). In addition to Donnie Yen, the film also stars Yu Kangwho was with him in “Wu Xia” (2011) , "Flashpoint” (2007),"Big Brother” (2018), and “Special ID” (2013); and Julian Chun (Great master).
The production of the film is carried out by Mandarin Motion Pictures и Huace Pictures from China.
