Jean-Claude Van Damme and Ernie Barbarash plan "The Antwerp Heist"

Jean-Claude Van Damme will join forces for the fourth time with Ernie Barabash. For those who don't know, they previously worked together on films"Killer games" (2011), "Six bullets"(2012), and "Pound of Flesh"(2015). The new film will be called"Antwerp Heist".

The new film will be based on real - "Antwerp diamond robbery"(Antwerp Diamond Heist). According to Wikipedia, this is the “robbery of the century”, which took place on February 15-16, 2003 at the Antwerp Diamond Center (Belgium). The criminals were then able to steal more than $100 million worth of jewelry.
The film's budget will be somewhat more modest, 5 million euros, but if we compare their previous collaboration (the total budget of all three films is 11.1 million euros), "Antwerp Heist"will be their most expensive joint project.

Filming is due to begin in March next year.

Big hello to Dmitry Yushin. Of course, licking a publication and banning an admin is a masculine act. Unfortunately, you can’t be banned here, so use it... so that your subscribers don’t read the heresy that you published before our news. Copy-paste, tuev.

Not that I’m defending Barbarash, he’s a mediocre director... but his suspense is pretty good. If he didn’t get involved in the action genre, but shot only melodramas and thrillers, he wouldn’t have any value.

again this mediocre director. You can safely give up on the film
