A trailer for a rather interesting project has appeared online, which is both a sports drama and a dramatic thriller about underground fighting.

We're talking about a movie called "Roar Through the Darkness" (Rumble Through The Dark) from a tandem of directors Graham and Parker Phillips (“Cruel Past”), who adapted the 2018 novel of the same name by Michael Farris Smith.

The story revolves around Jack Boucher, a fighter who is drowning in debt and suffering from long-term dementia after years of concussions. After losing fertile land and a centuries-old home given to him by his dying adoptive mother to the banks, the chance to reclaim it all leads the hero to local crime boss Big Mom Sweet, for whom Jack begins collecting debts. However, meeting the impressive Annette allows Yaucher to return to the ring for a life-or-death fight in a last-ditch attempt to save his family's home.

The main role was played by a Hollywood star Aaron Eckhart (“Erino Brockovich”, “The Dark Knight”, “Bloody Thursday”), the rest of the cast includes: Bella Thorne (TV series "American Horror Story") Marianne Jean-Baptiste ("Spy Games") Richie Coster (“Creed: Rocky’s Legacy”) and others.
