In all likelihood, the film "The Green Ghost and the Masters of the Stone" it took more than seven years, to make it to its premiere at last year's 20th Los Angeles International Latin American Film Festival.

The film's genre is presented as an anti-hero comedy and is the creation of the director and screenwriter Michael D. Suddenly fans of the fighting franchise can rejoice "Tekken" from Bandai Namco Studios. No, we are not talking about a new feature film adaptation, but about an anime series produced by Netflix.

Let us remember that this rich franchise has had several attempts at film adaptations, both animated (1998 and 2011) and feature films (2010, 2014). This time the streaming giant has decided on a 10-episode animated series with the subtitle "Blood Ties" (Bloodline).

The show follows Jin Kazama, who first appeared in Tekken 3. The hero trains under the supervision of his mother and can fend for himself, but after a brutal attack by an Ogre, Jin's life changes dramatically.

Now, after the death of his mother, he must find his grandfather Heihachi Mishima, who is obliged to teach Jin the family martial art, and this will lead the hero to the King of the Iron Fist tournament.

Unfortunately, the name of the director who directed the new film is not yet known. "Tekken". There is only a teaser trailer and information that the series based on the famous series of games will be released during 2022. We can only wait.
