The Chinese also traditionally don’t do very well with science fiction, although the trailer promises a lot.

Koreans usually delight with good cinema, even their zombie films come out well (although I’m not a fan of this genre, I liked “Train to Busan”). Japanese samurai dramas are also usually good, very cool picture - top-level aesthetics and atmosphere, very pleasant to watch. And the battles are beautifully staged, minimalist, realistic and at the same time beautiful. But Chinese films have been disappointing more often lately. Well, let's wait and see. :)
