Talking about cinema Bollywood, we cannot ignore the next historical epic that is being prepared for release. Especially if it's an epic Akshay Kumar starring.

It's about a military action movie. "Battle of Saragakhri" (Kesari) director Anurag Singh, who may be known for his comedy duology "Jatt and Juliet" (2012, 2013) and a superhero action movie "Super Sikh" (2017)

The film takes place in the same time period as the recent hit "Manikarnika: Queen of Jhansi". British India, 12 September 1897. A detachment of Sikhs of the British Indian Army at an army post, consisting of 21 men under the leadership of the brave Kesari, is attacked by ten thousand Pashtun troops.

Former martial arts teacher, Indian cinema classic and action star Akshay Kumar (“Bloody Battle”, “Soldier”, “Brothers”) got the main role, and he was accompanied by: Parineeti Chopra ("True Indian Romance"), Bansh Bhardwaj (“Commando 2”) and other actors.

The film has already opened in theaters 21 March 2019 year. In the meantime, we are waiting for the release in our latitudes, we suggest watching the trailer.

Dancer, singer, action film actor and just a young Bollywood star Tiger Shroff maintains the goal of releasing one film per year. It is worth saying that Shroff's fans are only too happy.

This time, Tiger played the lead role in a youth comedy with elements of hand-to-hand combat called "Student of the Year 2" (Student of the Year 2). The film is an indirect sequel to the 2012 comedy starring Sidharth Malhotra. The second part was created by a new team, headed by the director Punit Malhotra ("I hate love stories").

Synopsis: the university is about to hold an annual competition for the Cup of Dignity. Thousands of students participate in various sports competitions. One of the likely candidates for victory, Rohan, suddenly finds out that he has been expelled, and all this is the result of the machinations of a dishonest opponent. Then the guy decides to pump himself up, get himself into perfect physical shape and show the arrogant upstart who is the winner and who is the loser of the year.

Besides Tiger Shroff (dulogy “Rebel”, “Munna Michael”), the film featured: Tara Sutaria (TV series "Oh, Jesse!"), Alia Bhat ("Student of the Year"), Aditya Seal ("Old Jeans") and debutante Ananya Panday.

The film was released 9 May 2019 years. We can only wait for the release somewhere closer.

Let's finish today's selection with a Pakistani hand-to-hand action movie "The Legend of Maula Jatta" (The Legend of Maula Jatt).

The film was directed by Bilal Lashari, previously noted only as a crime thriller "Hit" (2013), which, however, became a hit in its homeland. Bilal's new film is a remake of the 1979 film of the same name, which became famous for being banned in many countries due to the sheer amount of violence on screen.

The story of the remake will tell about the fate of the former slave, and now the fierce fighter Maul, who is engaged in participating in fights to the death. But inside the guy there is a burning thirst for revenge on the most terrible warrior in the land of Punjab for the fact that he once gave him to the slave traders.

Starring in the film: Fawad Khan ("Beauty"), Mahira Khan ("Love in 7 days"), Hamza Abbasi ("Hit"), Humaima Malik (“Raja Natwarall”) and others.

At home "The Legend of Maula Jatta" will appear 4 June 2019 year. We hope that this historical action movie will also reach a wide audience.
