Brother and sister (Ken Zheng and Livy Zheng), forced to leave their home, arrive in the "Emerald City" of Seattle in a shipping container. Hoping to start a new life in a new and alien world for them, the artist and fighter try to survive by all means, until one day an art dealer shows interest in her sister’s drawings, after which their dreams come true: the sister plunges headlong into painting, and the brother manages to express yourself in the ring. But in reality this is just an illusion. Deceived by her patron, her sister forges a long-lost Van Gogh painting, which is acquired by a ruthless crime lord who is an avid collector. Soon, the brother and sister will have to plunge into the criminal world of Seattle and face mortal danger there.
The film will begin its run in a number of American cinemas on September 19, 2014.

- "Brush With Danger" is the directorial debut of 25-year-old Livy Zheng.
- Ken Zheng became the youngest Chinese kickboxing (sanda/sanshu) champion in Indonesian history. In 2012, he took 5th place at the World Championships in Macau.
- In 2009, Livi Zheng took 1st place at the World Karate Championships, and in 2010, first places at the karate tournament in Washington State and at the American National Championships. Previously, she was a member of the Indonesian Wushu team and took part in the World Wushu Championships held in Hanoi in 2005.

The trailer didn't impress me. I suspect a very average and passable action movie.
Aha, drama, but I’ll watch the film when it comes out, I’m magically attracted to films where there is a mention of wushu. :)
Something is not about....the plot is more suitable for a romance/drama/thriller. For a film with BI, nothing was shown in the trailer except the choreography.
And the acting skills leave much to be desired...
In short, boredom.
