As far as I know aprox. 10 years ago he became a Grandmaster (9th dan) in taekwondo.

Greetings Katty, please don’t take everything so personally, and it’s a shame that you’re trying not to post, if anyone affected you, and in particular me too, then I’m sorry. As Evil put it, we here are like “one field of seed”. We share opinions, knowledge, etc. As long as we remember the history or part of the history of this genre in cinema, it will remain with us.

Well, what can I say - a man-legend in essence! For everyone or not for everyone, but for those who spent their youth in video stores, and then ran to the gym to learn how to do with their feet what he did - he was someone who wanted to imitate and be able to do what he could do! I still sometimes watch fights with his participation.
By the way, I have an instructional video where he shows self-defense in the taekwondo style (so to speak). :)

There are no hard feelings, Katty. We are all fighting friends here, sort of thematic comrades-in-arms. ;)

In principle, I don’t throw stones. Let's just say I'm casting bait. I still don’t have a proper Internet. We have “Svoe” in Kursk - the download is great, and the pages open like they were on a phone, and Puzzle is a pleasure to surf and download, and the distribution is 0,1 kb (((All my films are rewritten, just like yours (judging by I remember the memories of video salons, you are the same age as my uncle, who hooked me on this eastern infection :)), and the very pearls were exchanged for other discs. All the friends I wrote about downloaded them for me, because they have invitations to closed trackers. And also only in recent years. two. Sorry if I accidentally offended you. I respect the old school and would not like more such conversations. I hope we will remain on good terms, albeit virtual ones.

Katty, if this was a stone in my garden, then I don’t know about you, but I only got a normal Internet 2 years ago, so I couldn’t even dream of any collections of films or online viewing of GK films. What can I say, they copied the same “Ong-Bak” and “TYUG” onto disks for me... :(

In the days of videotapes and video stores, I watched and copied a lot of films, but you can’t remember all the names... Example: I watched a film with Conan Lee more than 30 times, and the name stupidly flew out of my head, fortunately Ilya suggested it. I watched it under the name "Ninja Commando" and it was "Ninja in the Dragon's Lair". It’s the same here, I didn’t remember the moments with Hwang Zhang Lee, although I may have watched the film itself, but it was a very long time ago...

I don’t think that any of the most ardent fans of Chinese/Hong Kong action films will be able to name from memory all the films made before this time (without using the Internet, of course).

"Where did he punch Norton in the face?

That's right, I'm also wondering what kind of movie it is with the fight near the mansion.

Shanghai Express / Millionaire Express (Sammo Hungg, Yuen Biao, etc.)"

I don’t want it to turn out like last time, know that I’m not out of malice! I vowed not to post anything here anymore, but only occasionally read the news. I noticed that Alexey asked for hints, and I answered. But then it seemed to me that this was a joke: do you really not know about the Millionaire Express? This is a joke, right? My friend collects ancient horror films and is terribly proud of his collection of three-kopeck ketchup horror stories “from the time of Ochakov and the conquest of the Crimea” and released “in only a hundred copies, of which forty burned in the warehouse, the film company went bankrupt, and the director refused the copyright to this masterpiece.” He calls those who simply heard somewhere that there is such an Umberto Bava and read Wikipedia “theorists.”
I think that if you have a hobby, then you should give your all to it and enjoy every success you have in your favorite activity. And if it’s just because you have nothing to do, then it’s better to go and chew some seeds with your friends.
Let's not be theorists, this is Martial arts info :)

Thanks Katie, it’s not surprising that I haven’t watched this film before - it’s not even on torrents now ((

A man with a capital letter! Still, thanks to him, Jackie Chan became a star! (I'm talking about "Snake in the Eagle's Shadow" and "Drunken Master")

Yeah, a legend of Asian cinema. For me, he is the main villain of kung fu films. =)

''And where he is waving with a fat man in a green jacket, what kind of movie is that?''

Where is Officer Tuba? / Where's Officer Tuba? (Philip Chan / Philip Chan) [1986, Comedy, Action, DVDRip] VO

    Well, you understand ;)

Yes, remember the same Teng Tao Liang... Korea, in a word...

Cool! Of course, as a fighter, he is beyond competition! Old school rules!
