In the endless sea of low-budget action films, sometimes there are still good, and occasionally even very remarkable examples. One of these rare instances was the film “Sentenced"( The Condemned), released in 2007. In that harsh action film about especially dangerous criminals forced to take part in a deadly game of survival, the WWE champion appeared in the title role Steve Austin. Since then, the unflappable Steve has starred in several more action films, the most worthy of which was the first part.Expendables" But for the main role in "Convicted 2"director Roel Rain Austin, apparently, turned out to be too old - he was replaced by another WWE heavyweight, Randy Orton.
Plot outline in "Convicted 2"will remain, in general, the same: the game "Kill or die" Orton will play one Will Tanner, a bounty hunter who becomes a living target after one failed mission. A Eric Roberts, who doesn’t need any special introduction, will play Tanner’s dad, who comes to his son’s aid.
Coming soon, November 6th, film "Condemned 2" goes into limited theatrical release and will also be available on online services.
I hope for strong action, although the director is bad, Roberts is good.
