Bleach is, first of all, a series of famous comics by the author Taito of Cuba, which began to appear in 2001 and the endlessly long cartoon universe (2004-2012), at the helm of which was the director Noriyuki Abe. However, the story of how the good gods of death (Shinigami) fight the bad gods of death, called Hollows, has gained wild popularity not only in Japan, but throughout the world. The universe has become overgrown with all sorts of novels, computer games, theatrical productions and fan art. But now it's the turn of the big movie.
The director of the upcoming fantasy epic is Shinsuke Sato, which may be familiar to visitors to our site as a very good dramatic action movie "Princess of Swords" (2001), as well as other anime and manga adaptations: "Gantz" (2011) "Library Wars" (2013) "Death Note: Light Up a New World" (2016) and "Inuyashiki" (2017). Synopsis: High school student Ichigo Kurosaki has been able to see ghosts since childhood.
