Japanese spy Kiyoko Kurosawa (Monica Mok) enlists the help of Tiger Cave traitors - Tiger Hong, Jaguar Hong and Phoenix Hong (Jiang Luxia) - to create a secret outpost from which coded messages can be sent back to Japan. Young patriots Yan Fang (Rose Chan), disguised as a man, and Howard Luo (Dennis To) sneak into the Tiger Cave under cover of darkness and try to steal a book with decryption codes. They are defeated in battle, and Howard Luo sacrifices himself to save the wounded Yan Fang.
Yan Fang saves Cheryl. Mistaking her for a man, she falls in love with Yan Fang. She then transports Yan Fang to the city and asks the seven masters to heal her.
At the same time, warlord Lam rescues a beautiful woman and eventually falls in love with her. This woman is actually Kiyoko Kurosawa in disguise. Using her ninja skills, she seduces Lam and begins to control his will. She then arranges a wedding with Lam in hopes of becoming his wife so she can control his army. Cheryl and seven masters arrive on the wedding day to ruin the spy's plans. Lum eventually regains his sanity and teams up with the Seven Masters to fight Kiyoko and the Tiger Gang...
