Hong Kong actor/director Kirk Wong (Kirk Wong) will begin filming his new film in November, titled "Six".
The martial arts thriller with a manga style will include American and Chinese elements. Filming will take place in China and Louisiana (USA) with financial support from local companies. The start of preparations for production was announced in June by the co-investor company Asia Entertainment Media Co Ltd.
Additional investments will come from "OK101" (China), "Fantawild Film Industry Investment" и National Film Capital. Company Hyde Park Entertainment will serve as executive producer and international distributor.
The film script has been written Lee Fanom, Eric Martinez и Doug Brody. The plot is based on the story of a rogue scientist who creates five mutants, half-human, half-beast, who come into battle with a sixth, another hybrid, intent on destroying them.
