"Kill” is one of the best action films of the year with a huge body count, regular brutal fight scenes, but the film still maintains emotional depth in the plot and characters.
Plot
The train to New Delhi becomes a battlefield where a pair of commandos face off against an army of invading bandits.
Review
When your movie is called “Kill“, it’s safe to say that it will have a lot of casualties, and it fully lives up to that expectation. This is one of the most brutal action films I have seen in recent years, and, in essence, the Indian answer to “Raid“. The film spends about 5-10 minutes introducing the characters and then the absolute carnage begins. However, it still manages to retain some heart and even includes some truly emotional and shocking moments.
In film "Scramble” our hero Amrit Rathod (Laksh Lalwani) is a commando who takes a train to Delhi to meet his fiancée; but he did not expect that a group of bandits would seize the train and take everyone hostage. Amrit and his partner Veeresh start destroying them in various brutal ways and a lot (and I mean A LOT) of blood is spilled.
I love that when Amrit first appears on screen, there is heroic music, and this is something we don't see in American films anymore.
The main villain Fani (Raghav Juyal) is one of the best villains of the year as he is a sadistic, smug and hateful monster. He has no redeeming qualities and you can't wait for Amrit to give him what he deserves.
One of the features you rarely see in American films is that the villains cry when their comrades are killed; I've never seen bad guys cry as much as they do in this movie. I liked this as it made them more human rather than cartoonish.
The fight scenes are great, and in the entire hour and 45 minutes of the film, maybe only 10 minutes go by without a fight. It's an incredibly well-executed film with some inventive kills, and it's downright sadistic at times.
I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away by the fighting at certain points and it's now one of my favorite action movies of 2024. The film doesn't leave much behind and you'll be emotionally drained by the end, but it still left an impression, which is why I'm going to buy it in 4K if it comes out.
Overall, Heat is a brutal and entertaining spectacle with a death toll undoubtedly in the triple digits, and will make you wonder if train travel is worth it in the future. I was pleased that our theater was quite full and people supported R-rated films, so that not everyone came to see “Despicable Me 4.” I heard that an American remake is in the works, but it is not particularly necessary and is unlikely to improve anything.

Yes.
The previous ones are the ones from Tiger Style Media?
Complete crap, not a movie. The previous two are much better.
Damn, that looks pretty good. I'll have to take note. Thanks.
