Sammo Hungg's projects and the latest in Chinese and Hong Kong cinema

Seem to be, Won Jing and his company "Mega Vision" took Sammo Hungga for service! Having shot a film "Naked Soldier" (Naked Soldier) Sammo, as readers know Martial Arts Information, took part in the film “Princess and Seven Kung-Fu Masters” (The Princess and the 7 Kung Fu Masters), and is also currently preparing to film three films from "Mega Vision": in a kung fu action movie “Once Upon a Time in Shanghai” (Once Upon a Time in Shanghai) directed by Won Chin Po с Philip Ng starring and director Yuen Wuping, in a gangster action movie "The Last Tycoon" (The Last Tycoon) Won Jina с Chow Yunfatom (previously it was assumed that he would star in “Once Upon a Time in Shanghai”; it was also said that “Once Upon a Time in Shanghai” would be a film about the mafia) and in a previously unannounced project - a fantasy film “Dark Tales - Nie XiaoQian Prequel in 3D”.

But that is not all. A poster of that same “secret project” has appeared Tsui Harka “Catching Monkey 3D”, historical drama with Chow Yunfatom "The Assassins", where he played the popular villain from the novel "Three Kingdoms" cao cao, as well as a romantic melodrama with Donnie Yen Together. A poster for the historical comedy action film also appeared. "His Majesty's Magistrate" (His Majesty's Judge) Won Jina с Louis Koo starring. The film, in turn, Won Jing is filming for the second time - the first time he filmed the film was in 1994 with Stephen Chow - “Long Live the Judge”.

In general, Hong Kong and Chinese cinema will be rich in new products by 2013.

I’ll add one more piece of news: Director Gordon Chan is filming a new action movie called "The Four" (Four), based on the classic wuxia novels about four famous detectives of ancient China. The main roles are played by Deng Chao, Ronald Cheng, Colleen Chow и Crystal Liu. The first part of the future trilogy should be released before the end of this year.

I will also make a correction: “someone somewhere out there some time ago in some group in some comments” I was reproached for mentioning the word “boxer”. I confess, I didn’t put it in quotation marks, but I already explained there relatively long ago why I wrote it that way.

Damn, this one was annoying... damn, I forgot what his name was, well, to hell with him... :D constantly writes all sorts of “smart” remarks. Blooooooooo, got it))))))))))))))

Some comments are very to the point. The man published his book, and this already means a lot.

There are so many interesting things awaiting us... It was fun about the smuggler... Well, as for the argument between Vincent and Donnie, it’s strange that they even brought it to the public...

Thank you)))) This is from the filming of this ill-fated film. There are a lot of interesting things))) It makes me happy - as many as 5 reasons to be in a good mood for the upcoming exam)))

It's clear. You just need to use Google and there are no problems :)

    :)
The title is a gag from the distributor, but funny. Then it will be interesting to see the official one. release, from official translation of the film.
By the way, does Yandex complain about the site when the Yandex browser is installed (it’s a bug or something, if they have others)?

      Author's gravatar

No, just when the site is indexed in Yandex. When making requests on Yandex, it is displayed as dangerous, it can harm your computer, etc. By the way, the Kik page turned out to be dangerous.

Offtopic - “The Kick” appeared with Russian dubbing, and with what a sonorous name: “Heel in the Eye”))) No, really, look for yourself)))

Interestingly, the translation of the film will be the same as the title :-D

      Author's gravatar

Then “High Kick Girl” can be translated as “A girl who kicks her heel into an eye that is at a high altitude.” ;)

Urgently! Hong Kong native Andy He made an attempt on Donnie Yen!

The plot of the movie “Once upon a time in Shanghai”:

Note: Ma Wing Jing was previously played by Chen Kuan-tai (1972) and Takeshi Kaneshiro (1997).

It seems to me that Sammo will play the leader of the Kung Fu Union

Here's what they say about Dark Tales:

Genre: Costume thriller with time travel
    Producer: Leung Hongwa
    Screenplay: Ho Chun
    Directors: Luk Kimming, Chen Yingwai
Cast: Zhen Shuan, Alex Fon, Sammo Hungg

    Description

A brutal murder took place at Lanzhuo Temple. Despite all the efforts on Yan Chixia's part, he was unable to control the Black Mountain Demon, who killed Ning Caichen and Ni Xiaoqian right before his eyes.

Knowing that Chixia has a magical time-traveling relic and his selfless love for Xiaoqiang, Ning Caichen asks him to travel back 1000 years to destroy the Black Mountain Demon, thereby preventing Ni Xiaoqian's death at the hands of the demon. Although Chixia is categorically against this idea, since it could disrupt the time flow, and thereby entail not very good consequences that will seriously disrupt the energy of Tao, no one knows the consequences of the move.

Obsessed with love, Caichen steals the relic and decides to take a risk. He successfully traveled back 1000 years to the Zhenguan era of the Tang Dynasty.

Knowing that his beloved could not defeat the Black Mountain Demon, Chixia flees to Hell after Xiaoqian and bribed the local generals to give him four hours, which by the standards of Hell is 1000 earthly years.

Qixia rushes headlong into the Zhenguan era in hopes of killing the Black Mountain Demon, keeping Caichen from interfering with the flow of Dao, and also trying to save Xiaoqian, who remains in Hell and awaits salvation.

I feel like Sammo will play this demon)))

Only “Once Upon a Time in Shanghai” deserves attention.
The rest of the films are wild trash, in the bad sense of the word.

    Author's gravatar

We also need to find a high-quality poster for “The Princess...”)))

    Author's gravatar

The Together movie poster has been replaced with a better one.

    Author's gravatar

Lindolion, yes, he only had this in the early 1990s)))

    Author's gravatar

    but what about martial arts

    No way, in principle.

    Author's gravatar

Finally, Chow returns to crime films)) let's wait

    Author's gravatar

It’s crazy how many jobs Sammo has at his age. Jaycee Chan is a comedian, damn it, I think he got his humor from his father, but what about martial arts?

The plot of the movie “Once upon a time in Shanghai”:

Philip Ng stars as a boxer from Shandong named Ma Wing Jing who ends up in early 20th century Shanghai. Power in the city belongs to two warring gangs - the Brotherhood of the Ax and the Kung Fu Union. With his impressive fighting skills and righteousness, he attracts the attention of one of the gangs, but Ma wants to earn an honest living, and thereby wins the respect of the leader of one of them. But due to internal rivalries within the group, not to mention the activity of Japanese spies, Ma finds himself drawn into the conflict, and is now forced to fight for his life and the lives of his friends.

Note: Ma Wing Jing was previously played by Chen Kuan-tai (1972) and Takeshi Kaneshiro (1997).

      Конечно.

As they say, Jackie was hit in the face, but Jaycee was hit...

Tough)))))) Apologizing is already a super action! I wouldn’t even think of apologizing for something like that!
Thanks for posting! I'm really looking forward to a fantasy film with Sammo! I feel like his role will be unusual!

    Author's gravatar

Another funny news to follow: after filming his new film “Double Trouble,” Jaycee Chan recorded a video in which he apologized to his parents for not telling which scenes he took part in. It turns out that in the film he was kicked about a hundred times, but in a place not intended for this. And these are not the eyes, and not the nose, not the jaw, and not the kidneys, not the ears, and not the tailbone. This is where girls usually hit their knees with all their might. :D

As they say, Jackie was hit in the face, but Jaycee was hit...
