Peter "Sugarfoot" Cunningham needs help

To the legendary kickboxer and famous full contact fighter Peter Cunningham help is needed. Information about this was disseminated by the athlete’s trusted representatives.

Peter "Sugarfoot" Cunningham Born in Canada, and influenced by Bruce Lee's films, he began to practice martial arts. Over an 18-year career, Peter became a seven-time undefeated world champion in kickboxing, entering the sport's Hall of Fame in 2006. Peter did not stop exclusively at kickboxing, studying karate, ukidokan, Muay Thai, chito-ryu and boxing.

In addition to his achievements in hand-to-hand sports, Cunningham is considered a successful coach and mentor. His former and current students today are MMA and UFC stars, as well as world champions in boxing and kickboxing.

Like any famous athlete of the 80s, Cunningham tried acting in action films. He fought Jean-Claude Van Damme in "No retreat, no surrender" (1986), with Yuen Biao in "Above the law" (1986), with Don Wilson in "Bloody Fist 3(1992) and with David Carradine inKung Fu: The Legend Continues"(1993). He played the role of Mike "Machine Gun" in the boxing drama "Fighter(2010), and was also Eddie Murphy's stunt double in the filmI'm a spy".

Unfortunately, after many years of active performances, Peter's old injuries began to return. Today, 53-year-old Cunningham can't walk without crutches, and the pain in his hips is getting worse every day. Having been diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia in both hips, Peter will only be able to get back on his feet with joint replacement. The total cost of the surgery and other associated expenses is $49000. Relatives, friends, and students of Cunningham plan to collect this amount in the next 4 weeks, since there is little time left before irreversible consequences.

The authors of the appeal urge you to help the former athlete, actor and coach by contributing any amount to the fundraising campaign, as well as actively disseminating this message on the Internet.

Details of the donation company can be found in Peter's official account in Facebook.

Let's wish the kickboxing legend good health!

Coleman had a similar problem. But judging by his recent interview with Skoromny, this disease is not particularly related to stress, but is more hereditary. All over his family, men had their joints changed.
