Company Quiver Distribution acquired the rights to the World War II horror thriller "Operation Bloody Hungt” (Operation Blood Hungt). The film was shot by an actor and director who has been particularly active in recent times. Louis Mandylor.
The script for the film was written by the director Brandon Slagle, a well-known name in the horror, sci-fi and action genres. The leading roles went to: former UFC champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Jonathan Rhys Meyers и Sone Cooling. Also, he played his role. Mandylor.
"Operation Blood Hungt” follows eminent occult and whiskey expert Reverend Conte (Jackson) and a ragtag group of military misfits who travel to a remote South Pacific island to investigate the unexplained disappearance of several U.S. Marine battalions stationed there in 1944. Although initial evidence points to the Imperial Japanese Army being behind the disappearance, the group soon discovers from speaking with locals that the Marines may have been wiped out by a group of lycanthropes, known to most as werewolves.
The film will be available for viewing on October 4th of this year.
