Producer duties assumed Michael Luisi, who worked a lot with WWE Studios (episode "12 Rounds", episode "Marine", "Armed Response", "Fighting My Family") and Kirk D'Amico (“Jeepers Creepers 3”, American Executioner”), and they are responsible for the script Matt Venn (“White Noise 2: The Shining,” “Vow of Silence”) and Adkins himself.

Another Adkins film is called "Legacy of Lies" (Legacy of Lies) and is currently filming in... Kyiv. Yes, yes, again there is a Slavic trace in the films of the charismatic Briton.

In the director's chair is Ed Ball, who had previously directed mostly independent dramas.

"Legacy of Lies" will be a spy thriller about the adventures of MI6 agent Martin Baxter, played by Adkins. More information about the plot of the film is still unknown.

In addition to Scott himself, the film featured: William Forsyth ("In the name of justice"), John Hayles ("Dirty Rotten Fraudsters"), Martin McDougal (“Machine of Death”) and other actors.

The film is scheduled for release in 2020.


2018 was a great year for the actor and screen fighter Wesley Snipes (the “Blade” trilogy) is quite quiet, and even now the 56-year-old actor doesn’t have a lot of confirmed projects. However, the news agency THR spread information that Snipes has been cast in an indie project called "Light of Dawn" (Dawn's Light).

According to available information, Wesley will play the main villain in the film, which tells the story of a real war, which was unleashed by the leaders of two groups of robbers who encroached on a famous casino at the same time.

The last time Snipes played a completely negative character was in the 1993 action film "Destroyer" starring Sylvester Stallone.

Wesley himself took on producing duties, as did his partner from Maandi House Studios Alexander Ferguson, who produced last year's action movie "Black Waters" with ZhKVD in the title role. The script was written Rob Robol ("In the Vise") and Jay Boyd.

The director of the film has not yet been chosen. There are also no details about the rest of the cast. All you have to do is keep your finger on the pulse.


Action heroine and actress Michelle Yeoh joined the cast of an action movie called "Gunpowder Milkshake" (Gunpowder Milkshake).

The film's writers and directors are Aharon Keshales и Navot Papushado, who together made such films as "Very Bad Boys" (2013) and "The ABCs of Death 2" (2014)

The upcoming film will tell the story of the mysterious world of female assassins, in which the main heroine of the action film will find herself.

The film's premiere is scheduled for 2020, but we can only wait for details and a trailer.


Stuntwoman, producer, director and action film actress Maria Tran ("Fists of the Dragon") recently posted a photo of the script for her upcoming project on her Facebook. It will be a full-length version of her short film Hit Girls 2013, where the main roles were played by Maria herself and the action film actress ZhuZhu Chan.

Now Maria is actively busy with post-production of her documentary film, as well as preparing for the filming of new episodes of the web series "Tiger Cops", but it helps her with the new script Elizabeth H. Wu ("Mr. Ghost").

There is no more information about the project, but Maria assures that she and her team will definitely make the film. We still have to wait for news about who will direct the film and who will play the leading roles.

    And I liked the second part of “Escape Plan” even more than the first. And I can’t explain why. The series cannot repeat the success of “The Expendables”; you cannot step into the same river twice, but for me it’s quite a high-quality movie. It's a shame for Snipes. Another example of how you can flush your acting talent down the toilet.
