Independent combat cinema lives its own life thanks to interesting (and not so interesting) projects that are supported by future viewers on crowdfunding platforms. This allows various kinds of stuntmen, athletes, martial artists, as well as home-grown cameramen, editors and computer effects specialists to emerge from the shadows of yard sketches. British actors, stuntmen and screenwriters brothers Chase и Kane Hermitage in collaboration with the director Adam Broshaw (creative team 3RUN Media ltd) launched a crowdfunding company for a universe project "Matrices" brothers (now sisters) of the Wachowskis. Brothers Armitage and Adam Brashaw previously worked together on an action short film "Adrenalin" (2017) and have now set their sights on a more serious work, which will require not only the abilities of film fighters, but also more competent camera work, as well as visual and special effects.

Former athlete and gold medalist, now stuntman and independent action film actor from India Pratik Parmar He is still just gaining momentum in his career. His previous works were practically unnoticeable, although today the specialized media talk about him only as an Indian Eric Jacobas or Vlad Rimburg.
Well, Pratik has not yet reached the heights of his American colleagues, but he is definitely striving for them. Parmar recently worked as a hand-to-hand scene director for a Bollywood action film. "Bhavesh Joshi - Superhero", which, by the way, has already appeared on foreign torrents.
Today Pratik is busy with his own project - a web series called "Furious Fist" (Raging Fist). It is still unclear what exactly the series will be about. The creators promise a crime story with hand-to-hand action worthy of films Tony JAA и Vidyut Jammwala.

The events in The Book of Lies will take place in the same fictional post-apocalyptic world and with the same characters.
