A tai chi master will become a kung fu cowboy

Hu Chen, also known as Tiger Hu Chen, after the release of, frankly speaking, not a very successful film"Tai Chi Master", spent some time in the role of a hidden tiger. But now he is again ready to show off his talents in a new American-Chinese project called "Kung fu cowboy" (Kung Fu Cowboy).

The film, set in 19th-century America, follows Chinese immigrants working to build a railroad as they rebel against racial discrimination and oppression. A fashion trend, however. However, fortunately, “Kung Fu Cowboy” is not some boring politically correct drama, but still an adventure film, a genre mix of kung fu action and western. In any case, this is how it is supposed to be according to the script writers. And the authors are listed as American screenwriter Earl Brown, who wrote the stories for the TV series “Deadwood,” and Chinese screenwriter, director and producer Jonathan Lim. And Mr. Lim will once again direct and produce.

Along with Tiger Chen, a team of Chinese masters will be represented by Robin Shu и Danny Chan.
Work on the film's production will begin in 2016.

Can anyone remind me the name of the movie about a Chinese kung fu fighter in the Wild West?
Not Once Upon a Time in China and America, no. An earlier film, from the 80s.

A double of Bruce Lee and Robin Mortal Kombat Shu in one film, that's interesting.
