The director and action choreographer's new film is coming out on September 13 JJ Perry - "Killer game” This is his second directorial work after his successful debut with "Day shift” on Netflix. As with his first effort, Perry has assembled a stellar cast, led by Dave Bautista, in an ultra-violent and action-packed thriller.
On the eve of the premiere Lionsgate unveiled a new series of posters and key art in a kill-or-be-killed style. The posters feature not only the titular character played by Batista, but also action stars such as Scott Adkins, Marko Zaror и Daniel Bernhard.
While there is no movie planned yet where the three would team up to form an elite mercenary squad, fans of the genre can enjoy a new trailer and posters for Assassination Game. In the action comedy, protagonist Joe Flood (Batista) learns that he has a terminal illness and decides to order his own assassination. But when his ex-girlfriend (Sofia Boutella) becomes the target of killers, he is forced to fight an army of killers and try to win back her love before it is too late.
"The Killer's Game” promises to be a blazing R-rated action movie that could be Batista's equivalent of "John Wick” . The film features a whole squad of iconic action actors, which guarantees viewers a real action feast. The cast is rounded out by Pom Klementieff, Shayna West, Terry Crews and sir himself Ben Kingsley.
