Liberator: The Movie Starring Lou Ferigno and Don "The Dragon" Wilson

The “Liberator”, having taken the blame after a failed operation by a US Secret Service unit, serves a 10-year sentence in federal prison, but returns home to find that his time has passed. He is no longer the embodiment of American values - he is persona non grata. Traitor. Ridiculous. Even his family turned their backs on him. Desperate, Al writes a book in which he reveals all the secrets, and plans to use it to clear his name and get his daughter back. But when an old enemy appears, Al puts everything on the line - dons gravimetric armor and enters the battle one last time.

In June 2011, the creators filmed a 20-minute short pilot/presentation version. They decided to launch a new franchise - be it a TV series, a feature-length film, a web series, etc. Ultimately, having spent every last cent on filming a full-length film, they were left without money for post-production, which required a minimum of $18 . So the team decided to raise funds through voluntary donations and raised $000 from 24 people. Those who invested money in the creation of the film, depending on the amount (from 650 dollars to 110 thousand), received various bonuses. For example, digital copies, soundtrack, autographed posters, name in credits, comics, lunch with the creators, costumes of the main characters and other nice little things.
