The film is about a certain illegal contract killing site called "Killers", which hosts reverse auctions. In these auctions, those who place the minimum bid win the murder contract. The contract requires assassins to follow a strict set of rules, which are outlined on the website. The main character, Kiri, is secretly tracking assassins who carry out orders, in the hope of finding the one whom she wants to take revenge on. One day, a killer appears who breaks the rules... perhaps this is exactly the one Kiri is looking for?

The main character in this action is played by Yumiko Shaku (Princess of Swords). Also, the film will star a martial arts star, Yasuaki Kurata.
