TV series "Daredevil” was canceled by Netflix on November 29, 2018 after three seasons. In December 2018, hopes arose for its revival, and in October 2021 Charlie Cox suggested that if the series were to return, it would be re-imagined. His appearance as Matt Murdock in the film “Spiderman: No Way Home” fueled interest in the series. In July 2022, a Daredevil revival was announced under the titleDaredevil: Born Again” (Daredevil: Born Again), welcome back Charlie Cox и Vincent D'Onofrio in their role. Filming was scheduled to begin in May 2023, but was suspended due to a cast strike. Production has been postponed to 2025...

Then something changed again... and again, and again... in general - the subtleties of production. The main thing is that filming is still going on, and now footage from the set has appeared online, in which, together with Charlie Cox lit up Jon Bernthal, who will play Frank Castle, “The Punisher” from the comic book of the same name.

First season "born again” will consist of 13 episodes exclusively on streaming Disney +. The series will be part of Phase 5 of the MCU. The studio is planning production of a second season.

Announcement of the film “The Matrix 5”

Like a bolt from the blue this news, which was not expected; or maybe they didn’t even really want to expect it, given what they did to the franchise in its previous part. Nevertheless, Warner Bros. They said there would be a fifth film.

A screenwriter and director will work on the film Drew Goddard, who, by the way, wrote the script for the above-mentioned “Daredevil“. He is also producing the film along with Sarah Esberg under the brand Goddard Textiles, and the executive producer is Lana Wachowski. The second sister-brother will not take part in this event.

Plot "The Matrix 5” has not yet been revealed, as well as the cast, but there is a hint that this is not a continuation, but “simply the action takes place in the universe of “The Matrix”".
