In addition to periodically circulating rumors about sequels "The Karate Kid" и "Rush Hour", there was very specific news that Chan is planned to appear in a sci-fi film "Bleeding Steel" (Bleeding Steel).
Production on this sci-fi action thriller is set to begin production in Australia in the coming months. Filming will also take place in China. The shooting plan is designed for no more than 6 months.
So far there is very little information about the project. We only know that Chan’s protégé will direct the action in the future film. Max Huang, who worked on both Chinese projects (“Shanghai Calling,” “Dragon Blade”) and foreign ones (“Kingsman”). A certain director has been appointed Leo Zhang.
We started talking about again Chan's appearance in a Russian film "Journey to China: The Mystery of the Iron Mask", which is a sequel to the mystical film "Viy".
